All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive wholesale trade pricing, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We may ask you to prove the existence of your business and the sales methods that you use in order for us to establish that you are a wholesale retailer. This may include providing your resale number, the address of your retail outlet and/or a digital photograph of your store front, and/or the URL of your website from which you operate your own e-commerce enabled web store.
YOUR OBLIGATION TO US:
The manufacturer’s suggested retail price of our products (the “MSRP”) is the minimum price for which you are permitted to sell our products without our express prior permission in writing. The MSRP is the price that we sell the products to consumers who contact us direct (plus an amount in respect of any duties, taxes or shipping that are applicable).
You may sell our products for a price in excess of the MSRP, but you are not permitted in any circumstances to sell any products for less than the MSRP without our express prior written permission because, amongst other things, it may damage our brand.
A minimum order of $3,000 is required for opening orders; no minimum required for reorders. Initial orders must be prepaid before items are released for shipment. We will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice. Custom designs are available and pricing is per project, please email email@example.com to inquire.
No minimum is required for reorders. Approved terms are available at 50% in advance and balance due before shipment.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Upon delivering your digital invoice (confirmation of received order) your items will be placed in our production schedule the next available business day.
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48-hours of order confirmation/receipt of digital invoice.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and Company Checks are all accepted forms of payment.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Delivery is FOB from Laguna Beach, CA. Standard production lead time for non-customized orders is 4-weeks. Lead times for custom designs will be determined per project.
NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS:
All of our products are handmade by master craftsmen. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Stefanie Phan at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
At this time, we are not able to do consignment.
