A Lady Holiday twist on St. Germain’s “La Rosette,” I added some refreshing cucumber-fused Hendricks Gin and a handful of mint and basil as a fresh and fun aperitif for a night fueled by good company.

Ingredients
- 1/2 parts St~Germain
- 1/2 parts Hendricks Gin
- Top with Rosé Brut
- Handful of mint, plus more for garnish
- Handful of basil, plus more for garnish

Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker muddle mint and basil. Fill with ice. Add St~Germain and Hendricks Gin and shake vigorously.
- If preparing prior to event you may strain and store in an air-tight container in the fridge the night before. During event, keep on ice in jug/decanter.
- To serve, fill cocktail glass with ice. Pour half parts St~Germain & Hendricks Gin mix and top with Rosé Brut.
- Garnish glasses with a leaf of mint and/or basil.
