Our Lifetime Warranty guarantees your handcrafted item to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. At our discretion we will repair or replace any defective items or offer a credit on a future order. We cannot offer refunds. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, ordinary wear and tear, or alterations to the product.
