Ingredients
- 6 ears corn
- 6 Tablespoons butter softened
- Santa Maria Seasoning or salt and pepper to taste
Secret Sauce
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 3/4 cup Goat's milk Gouda cheese finely grated
- 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese finely grated
- 1 Tablespoon parsley finely chopped
- crushed red pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat an outdoor grill on high heat and lightly oil grate.
- Peel back corn husks and remove silk. Place 1 tablespoon butter, salt and pepper on each piece of corn. Close husks.
- Wrap each ear of corn tightly in aluminum foil. Place on the prepared grill. Cook approximately 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until corn is tender.
Secret Sauce
- Mix butter, lemon zest, cheeses, parsley, red pepper, salt and pepper in a bowl. Transfer to a serving dish and chill in refrigerator before serving with corn.
