An easy way to help off-set a hectic and stressful schedule is to create consistency so our bodies can fall into a rhythm of expecting a healthy habit. Whether it’s making sure you get your eight-hours of sleep or never heading out the door without breakfast in your tummy, little consistencies in your life can help relieve your mind, body and soul from those things you can’t control—like sudden deadlines and last minute projects.
The first thing I do when I wake up is make a breakfast smoothie to start my day. Every morning my body knows it’s going to be fueled with super foods, good fats, protein and a pinch of fat metabolizing cayenne pepper. Cheers to your health and happiness.

- 1/2 banana, frozen
- 1/8 cup pineapple, frozen
- 1/8 cup mango, frozen
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup kale
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- juice of 1 small lemon
- 3/4 cup coconut water
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
