Set on 1,033-acres of certified organic farmland producing fruits, vegetables and flowers, this winery and restaurant features an impressive list of locally harvested wines (including their own) and the kitchen’s executive chef, Ben Nadolny, is doing some amazing things. His menu spotlights the estate’s homegrown fruits, veggies, flowers, honey, charcuterie and baked goods. We’d drive all the way back just for his charcuterie plate—try the duck breast speck, venison sausage, pork and black truffle pâté and candied slab bacon—all bursting with intense melodies of flavor.
